A rebrand campaign for the FUJIFilm QuickSnap; repositioning a legacy product for the analog photography revival.

  • Creative Direction/Brand Campaign

  • Illustrator, Photoshop, Lightroom, Canon EOS Rebel T3

  • Brand Identity/Campaign/Advertising

  • 2024

Project Overview:

Film photography is back. The FUJIFilm QuickSnap isn't quite keeping up. This rebrand campaign, led as creative director across a three-person team, repositioned the QuickSnap for the new wave of film enthusiasts; younger, nostalgic, and aesthetic-driven. The concept draws on early-2000s Frutiger Aero and Metro design language, layering it over the QuickSnap's existing brand equity to create something that feels both familiar and fresh. The campaign includes logo development and guerrilla marketing applications.

DESIGN INTENT:

– Lead the creative direction; managing deadlines, consistency, and final quality across three designers

– Synthesize the strongest elements from each team member's logo explorations into one cohesive system

– Draw on early-2000s aesthetic language (Frutiger Aero/Metro) as the campaign's visual tone

– Target younger analog enthusiasts through guerrilla marketing and event-based activations

– Balance nostalgia with forward momentum; retro feel, modern execution
